i am extremely concerned at the tax payer cost of such a proposition being implemented.

I do not have a problem with any law which prohibits people from living within a certain distance to a school. But I do have a large problem with something requiring someone to where an electronic thing the rest of their life, when some offenses are only requiring a person to register with the state for a certain amount of time. You would be imprisoning them for the rest of their life.

This is not acceptable.
