Ultrasound Students Upset With Western Career College
They spent thousands of dollars and more than a year of their lives studying in hope of getting good jobs in the medical field.
But 20 ultrasound technology students at Western Career College in Citrus Heights said they feel the school cheated them. They have now filed lawsuit against the college.
Under the enrollment agreement, students earn a degree and the college helps them find a job. Tuition is about $26,000.
Student Chemin Defer said given the price paid, the services received are "unacceptable."
In their lawsuit, the students said the college made claims that were untrue.
