No, sorry and infact I have never heard of this college. Is it located in Sacramento or elsewhere? By any chance is this college a community one?

It's a community college in Sacramento... It's much closer to Carmichael than downtown Sac though...

I know this is an old post, but I went to ARC. Are you thinking of going? And yeah, it's far from downtown, but it's still actually in the city of Sacramento.
