Vandals have struck three businesses in east Sacramento, police said.

The attacks, which took place late Tuesday or early Wednesday, mark the second time in less than a month that businesses owners have been targeted.

Officials said vandals threw rocks through several windows. Some of the windows were replaced two weeks ago after earlier vandalism.

Several vehicles had tires flattened.
