Police have made an arrest in connection with the slaying of a 21-year-old man who was gunned down in front of his Laguna home.

Detectives arrested Manuel Cervin, 23, of Elk Grove, on Tuesday on suspicion of killing Marc Grimes.

Police said they believe Cervin was the driver of a vehicle that pulled up to the home. Someone in the car shot Grimes as he stood in the driveway, authorities said.

Officials said Cervin also faces gang-related charges.
