It's been confirmed. Anna Smith died from an accidental overdose - sleeping pills and at least 8 other prescription meds. it looks like chloro hydrate was the major contributor to the OD

That is really good to hear that they finally confirmed what she died of. Hopefully her family can now relax now that they know what she died of.
