A Fair Oaks teenager was arraigned Tuesday on charges of vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving following a fatal wreck that took place last summer in Rancho Cordova.

Michael Dimitras, 19, is suspected of driving a 1995 Toyota 4-Runner that crashed July 4 along Folsom Boulevard near Hazel Boulevard. Two of his former high school classmates died as a result of the crash.
