Residents of a Fair Oaks neighborhood are fed up with parking problems.

They've been battling an assisted living facility, which admits it doesn't have enough spaces in its parking lot.

Sunrise Assisted Living told the Call 3 Problem Solvers in April it was working to lease some spaces across the street.

The county said it was working toward resolution as well. However, neighbors say things are worse.

Residents along Sunset Avenue can't park in front of their homes;it's against their homeowners association rules.

Employees and guests of Sunrise Assisted Living park there, even though Sunrise says it doesn't have enough parking spots.

After the Call 3 Problem Solvers report last month, the county put up no parking signs in front of the strip mall across the street.

However, homeowners say it didn't solve the problem.
