Money.com has published a new list that says something special is happening in Granite Bay.

"We liked it up by the lake, it's quieter. You get that rural feeling," said resident Randy Anderson.

Granite Bay ranks 74 in Money Magazine's Top 100 Places to Live, and the numbers say why; Median family income $30,000 more than the average on the top 100, the median home price is more than double, and the divorce rate is two percent lower.
