Now,I play Forrest Gump OST in my CD, it contains a lot of warm country music.
like San Fransico, and such old songs.
Maybe recently I have listened to too many Linkin Park, so I need country music to relax.

Yes, the soundtrack is great as it contains quite a few songs by The Doors, the best band ever. I am not sure why you used the word "country" songs though, "San Francisco" by Scott McKenzie is a rock song. The only rock bands that would be country are The Byrds and The Eagles.
Most other rock is blues based. Going back further, country in general is taken from black country blues. Hank Williams can be considered blues.

well I love old music. My favorite Genre is Classic Rock. My all-time favorite band is Aerosmith then is followed by Motley Crue and Led Zeppelin and then a lot of other classic rock bands pop up.

Well, I do listen to a lot of old school music, and sometimes they do help me relax because most of it is much more different than the music that is being made these days.
