I took some time off because I was getting too involved and upsetting myself with the state of our government, but this has got my blood boiling again! The Lieberman-Kyl’s Iran amendment passed, which basically opens up a back door to approve war with Iran!

“combat, contain and [stop]” Iran via “military instruments.” Sen. Jim Webb (D-VA) called the amendment “Cheney’s fondest pipe dream” and said it could “read as a backdoor method of gaining Congressional validation for military action.”

Notice that Diane Feinstein voted for this? I'll try to post her response. Boxer did not. Clinton did, so she obviously didn't learn her lesson. Kerry did not. And apparently Obama was told that voting would be the next day & did not vote.
