We're looking for the best neighborhood, what is your take on Natomas compared to LandPark or Fair Oaks. We want residential like Folsom but with modern amenities.

Most homes in Natomas are newer than those in Land Park and Fair Oaks and it's closer to downtown, which is a good and bad thing IMHO. There are a lot of new businesses in the area, so that's great! But, I've heard some horror stories about people moving in and having bad neighbors because nobody lived there when they bought the house. That's one good thing about older neighborhoods!
