Today is the 65th anniversary of December 7, 1941, "a date which will live in infamy..." -FDR
For many survivors of the attack on Pearl Harbor, this will be the final farewell to their fallen friends as they visit Hawaii... Many are in their 80s and 90s now, 65 years after the attack.
For anyone who hasn't visited the USS Arizona Memorial, I recommend seeing it at least once in your life. It's very touching - knowing that many of the 1,177 crew members are still below you and seeing the oil that seeps to the surface, also referred to as "the Tears of the Arizona."
