the screen is bigger & it has FM radio, but it's bigger and heavier, which are two of the ipods finer points. I think it will do well, but not beat the ipod. It won't take much for Apple to add FM and I heard the next version will have a bigger screen. and there are more songs on itunes.

I remembered this post here when I read that the music labels are pitching a fit over the ability to trade songs with the Zune! Universal and Sony prohibit Zune sharing for certain artists!

I also saw something about some music companies suing XM over the XM+MP3 players that allow you to record music, even though there is a law that passed that allows this exact thing!

Well, I own a Zune and absolutely LOVE IT. I used to own a Ipod but sold it once I got my Zune. The zune's screen is amazing and I LOVE the built in radio and the ability to send songs to each other. The Zune is also a very sturdy piece of technology and looks great.
