what do you think about this??

here are some points about traffic:
1) hopefully a new 50/5/80 interchange as has been long talked about
2) it will be next to the freeway, so fewer people going through residential streets
3) people can park elsewhere and take light rail in and/or shuttle service
4) games & events are not typically during heavy commute hours
