Sacramento Kings coach Eric Musselman was suspended two games without pay by the NBA on Thursday for driving under the influence.

Musselman was pulled over Oct. 21 while driving after an exhibition game. He registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 percent, above the state's legal limit of 0.08 percent, according to the arrest report.

The first-year Kings coach pleaded no contest last week in Sacramento County Superior Court and was ordered to pay $580 in fines and penalties. A no-contest plea has the same effect as a guilty plea in criminal court for sentencing purposes.

Musselman will miss games against Denver on Saturday and New Orleans on Monday. The Kings are 18-26, last in the Pacific Division.
