Will the Kings improve?

So the Kings stink this year. Is the coach gone or will he stay. Will they improve next year or are we stuck with a sub-par team?

I'm sure they'll continue their downward spiral until they hit rock bottom, then go through a "rebuilding period" and get back up to mediocre until something else goes wrong.
