Well Sweetie, I do it all and still I have terrible high BP. It is a very frightening thing. I have always eaten right and never had swweets, kept my weight down and excerisied. So now I have diabetes and very high BP. I take two different heatt drugs, and a water pill. Whew, wish me luck, I am still hagin in there.
