I read something that said the pet sitter is at fault and may have put all the food out at once and didn't give separate meals to the dog.

There's an article at Computer World about the trouble with Vista and the lack of features. The author recommends sticking with XP if you have a PC, or switching to Mac OS X like he eventually did.

here are some points about traffic:
1) hopefully a new 50/5/80 interchange as has been long talked about
2) it will be next to the freeway, so fewer people going through residential streets
3) people can park elsewhere and take light rail in and/or shuttle service
4) games & events are not typically during heavy commute hours
