oh, maybe I should have mentioned that their site was down -- that's why I asked if you'd consider adding this forum. I didn't know it was down for good. I used to lurk there all the time.

This is off the top of my head, but it's super quick and easy with not a lot of cleanup

Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken from raleys or bel air
1 can cream of mushroom (10.75 oz)
1 small bag frozen mixed veggies (10 oz)
1 1/4 cup water
1 can biscuits (10)

Shred the rotisserie chicken, preheat oven to 400, mix chicken, cream of mushroom, veggies & water in large casserole dish and heat for 15min. Remove from oven and top with uncooked biscuits. Cook for another 15min or until biscuits are golden brown.

That's it!

Eric, what do you think about adding a forum for foodies to talk about food, restaurants, share recipes, etc? 

It's not a question of whether or not the earth has cycles of climate change, but rather what effect we have had on those cycles. Clearly, we have and to deny that is just ignorant, or bait, and I won't fall for it.

I had this coworker once who was going through a nasty divorce and would always talk on the phone about it to anyone who would listen loud enough for the whole office to hear. Really! We don't need to hear you air your dirty laundry! We don't need to know that your ex is a drug addict. aaarrrggghhh!!!

Their motorcycles are sooo cool, but their fighting really bothers me so I don't watch the show really. occassionally if I'm surfing the channels I'll stop on it for a minute.
