Roseville Teens Arrested for Tagging More than 100 Times in Three Months
Roseville police officers arrested three teenagers suspected of painting their nicknames on public property more than 100 times in the past three months. On Monday, police arrested two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy, all from Roseville, on suspicion of felony vandalism and possession of graffiti tools.
All three were booked into the Roseville Police Department jail and released to their parents on promises to appear in court.
If the boys are convicted, the court can order them to pay thousands of dollars in restitution for the alleged damage. They may also face probation and hours of community service. The court can also suspend the juveniles' driving privileges for a year, or, if they are not yet licensed, suspend their eligibility to get a driver's license for a year.
