I had a surgery at Kaiser at Morse Avenue back in November; this was the first surgery that I had in my life.  I must tell you that the staff was very welcoming and friendly.  They walked me through the entire process and answered any questions that I had.  I did not have any issues and was pleased with the level of service I received.

Admittedly, the facility is older, but I have several appointments there, and I have never had any issues with the providers or any of the staff.  The one complaint that I do have is that the parking there is horrendous, but I have been told that the hospital is working on a solution.

All in all, I would suggest Morse Avenue.  However, if you are looking for a new facility, then you should consider South Sacramento.  I don't know what the quality of service or care is there though.

Myself and all my siblings were born at Kaiser on Morse and I've been going there ever since I can remember....I don't know what the facilities are like in So Sacramento's Kaiser, but I have a sentimental attachment to the place on Morse Avenue!
