A woman who works at a Sacramento-area Department of Motor Vehicles office is due in court on Tuesday for arraignment on charges she sold driver's licences to people who should not have had them.

DMV officials said Sabrina Escobar, 29, had been working as a license examiner in Carmichael for two years, and that over the past four months they began noticing that things were not adding up at Escobar's window, such as people taking the test too quickly.
