Gift Card Test

In February we tested stores to see if they followed the new gift card law - to give us back cash when our cards were under $10. Most failed. But have they learned their lesson? Call Kurtis puts them to the test to see who learned Friday, April 25th, only on the CBS-13 News at Ten.
