A few nights ago KCRA featured a news story about "Search Engine Fatigue." Prominently featured in the report was a man from MyRide.com. What KCRA failed to mention was that the piece was a pre-packaged Video News Release provided in its entirety by a company called Autobytel, the parent company of MyRide.com. Fake news like this does not belong on our news station and if it is broadcast, it should come with a disclaimer about the interests of those who provided the piece.
