Sacramento County Surgeon Has Medical License Suspended

A Sacramento County orthopedic surgeon has temporarily lost his license to practice medicine in response to two felony convictions.

Dr. Roscoe Martin was sentenced to work release in September for perjury and false claims related to a 2002 auto accident.
