I feel bad for the dj's I am sure they didn't mean for this woman to die but I have heard clips of them laughingly talking about how they knew people had died of water intoxication so clearly they knew it could happen.

Like alcohol poisoning things like body weight and other issues such as if one has eaten recently play a role in how much is too much. I am not sure it has anything to do with how much water is released from the body during that time.
