A ten year old boy is recovering after being shot by a stray bullet Saturday. The shooting happened on 46th Avenue near Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento.

Witnesses say 10 to 20 people were in an argument when a man pulled out a handgun and began firing several rounds into the group. The boy was hit with a stray bullet.

After being treated at the hospital he was taken home to recover. No suspects are under arrest.
