Forum Upgraded

The forum has been upgraded to the latest version and I'm currently going through making sure everything is working as it should. I'm also replacing and upgrading some modifications and there may be some additional functionality added as well.

Please note that the forum's URLs have changed due to an improved SEO mod. I still need to go through the rest of the site and update links, so please be patient as it may take some time... it shouldn't affect much and you may not even notice.

If you notice anything misbehaving, please let me know ASAP.
